Inspired by Olive Boulevard's former name, Plank Road, Christopher pictured the road curling over him to provide shelter. This form became a tree, like the one he waited under as a child for the bus. The passing cars provided the last piece of inspiration: the leaves would be made of car windows. Each window is placed on top of the curling tree like the plates on a stegosaurus's tail!
